High Capacity and Miniaturized Flexible Chipless RFID Tag Using Modified Complementary Split Ring Resonator

چکیده

This paper aims to produce a high data capacity and miniaturized flexible chipless RFID tag based on the frequency signature using Modified Complementary Split Ring Resonator (MCSRR). The proposed 19 bits shifting technique consists of five slotted overlaying MCSRR with Different Width (MCSRR DW) structures dimension 48 mm × mm. structure is designed by (Polyethylene Terephthalate) PET substrate permittivity 0.2. operating between 0.9 GHz 2.7 GHz. advancement DW has successfully about 107 2 / bit, 0.02? mid 2/bit 0.09 GHz/bit maximizing number resonators in limited space minimizing separation resonators. omnidirectional antenna incorporated retransmission measurement method. log-periodic gain 5-7 dBi used for this improve range distance reader system. Based involving tag, which can be detected maximum 30 cm power transmitted level dBm.
